Stood here for 10-15 min at 330 no service they were nice after but legitimately never came out to check on if anyone was out here and when they finally did come out one employee was very nice
Ordered a sandwich for pick up. They made me the skimpiest sandwich. It was flat, flat. One layer of meat spread far apart. Barely any cheese and very little lettuce and toppings. The only thing they put a lot of is condiments. So I literally had a mayo sandwich. It was too gross to eat I ended up throwing it away. I am not ordering from this location anymore. This is the second time this happened. It’s ridiculous to pay 9$-10$ for a sandwich and get ripped off.
Those workers(not all) need to practice SANITATION guidelines. I love Subway but I'm not doing no more service at this location! *1st experience: one day on my lunch break i came to get a sandwich, the cashier(short white lady) was wiping off the countertop with her gloves on & had touched other surfaces, then get the cheese for my order, lay it on the surface with no paper or anything, so i commented: "you not going to put that on no paper huh". *AND TODAY, this new lady(black lady) was fixing my sandwich & the older white ... read more
The service was great one day and then the next time , suuuuuper slloooww that I tried three separate times, but the service personnel looked unenthused, so I left to Firehouse Subs, which is a 5-minute walk. Totally worth it. This location needs promptness and consistency.
