Went to this location today and the employee pictured denied me service because I ordered my bag of Cheetos before the guy in front of me but then the guy in front of me asked for Cheetos and I told this guy those are my Cheetos. He immediately proceeded to say, do t be nasty with me I don’t have to serve you. I said it doesn’t matter those are my Cheetos . Stopped by on the way back home and the two gentlemen working were getting pounded with orders but still kept themselves smiling and friendly. Sat and ate while waiting and watched them deal with very difficult guest behind me but they still kept a smile and wished everyone a good day!
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Me and my kids went to eat before taking train and there were 2 homeless men showering in the back with the sink and dog running around ... it was so dirty flies in the food area .. employees so rude.... smh .. get your subway under control !!
I went in the Subway at approximately 9:55 to obtain a orange juice. The tall white male employee became irrational and knocked my money off the counter and started yelling profanities at me. Camera footage would confirm this. His customer service skills are poor he does need to be servicing the public food with that type of attitude.
