Placed an online order, saw they were busy so got in the regular line as if I was ordering like normal. Once I got to the front of the line, I let them know I had a mobile order so they could start preparing it. Instead of preparing it, they told us they would get it ready, then proceeded to get two other customers that were BEHIND us in line, and complete their orders without doing ours. Ordered 6 foot longs combo but was given the wrong cookies, noticed it after I took a bite so I went back to the front counter and asked for what I ordered. The female south Asian middle age lady attempted to put back the cookie she already gave me back into the cookie display. I questioned her why are you putting it back in there for other customers after I touched it, she said I did not know you touched it.
