Very rude customer service during mobile pickup. The employee accused me of not being the right person to pick up the order, even though it was her mistake. She refused to admit she was wrong and was dismissive throughout the interaction. Unprofessional and frustrating experience. Staff need better training on handling mobile orders and treating customers with respect. Worker was a lady, Monday at 7:50pm.
This is my go to subway near to where I work, where I live, but hate that staffs are so unfriendly and it makes it so uncomfortable!!
Worst store. They ruined my online order. Completely ignored the instructions. Complete waste of money.
