The staff is very unprofessional and rude
Placed an online order, saw they were busy so got in the regular line as if I was ordering like normal. Once I got to the front of the line, I let them know I had a mobile order so they could start preparing it. Instead of preparing it, they told us they would get it ready, then proceeded to get two other customers that were BEHIND us in line, and complete their orders without doing ours.
