MOLD ON BREAD!! Major Hazard terrible subway. red flags right away as when I entered the subway at lunch 12:00 on a Friday the only staff member was hiding in the back. When I got home I found that the bread was not only dry, stale and off in color, there was also mold. When I called the store the "manager" said that it is impossible for bread to be moldy as he baked it fresh this morning. Horrible! Rude staff, veggies are old and bread was dry.
The food server(Indian man)looks as if I took his girlfriend and frowned upon everything… I am reluctant to come here again although this is the closest subway to me…
I recently visited the Subway in Terra Nova Plaza at 8am and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my morning brighter. The environment was spotless, adding to the pleasant dining atmosphere. I tried the Canucks Classic, which was very tasty, and the ham in the Great Canadian Club was excellent. Don't miss out on their chocolate chip cookies—they're delicious! Overall, a great place to start your day with a satisfying meal and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
