The restaurant was very busy in the afternoon. One male staff member was impatient and blamed me for not mentioning I was paying with a gift card. He tried processing it twice, which failed, and then gave me a receipt even though I said no. I felt there was a clear lack of communication. This gift card works fine at other Subway locations. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable. If you don’t want your meal to affect your mood, go to another location instead.
Excellent Service by the manager. He’s there most mornings, working alone. Also Mani and Loveleen are very good.,
