Excellent service
Sandwich was decent and reasonably fresh, but quite pricey even for NYC standards. The service is acceptable, but the location itself has a lot to be desired. Also I'm not sure why they do not allow refills, I've never seen that before.
Disappointing pro max !!!!!!! The footlong was pretty standard, similar to other Subway locations, but the service was very disappointing. The staff member was quite rude and ignored my request to add extra veggies. When I pointed it out, he insisted that more had already been added, which wasn’t true—in fact, there were fewer veggies than usual. I have never ever seen such low food quality of subway and rude staff than here. Overall, a disappointing experience at this branch—1/5. Veryyyyy badddd !!!!!!

Food was decent and flavorful, but the overall experience was just okay. The service wasn’t very welcoming, and a few things were disappointing—there’s a soda refill machine, but refills aren’t free, which feels misleading. They also only offer paper bags for takeout and have a very limited chip selection. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. And price was heavy! I paid $28
