Today, I called the restaurant at 9:21AM PST to inquire for help on an order i needed to place for 6 orders of the Subway special combo for $6.99.The manager, Danielle, short Hispanic female told me I had to place the order online only. I again asked her if she could please me out and that order was for 11:30am. I told her that he location is a participating location and it doesn't state online only. Bread was super stale and hard to bite through!
The little short (looks to be middle eastern lady) was so rude when asked a question..i just had to walk out..other staff unfriendly,like it is a hard place to work, like employees do not like eachother.. recommend to go other place for your sandwich 1/31/2023 1:25pm
The sandwich artist, Brooklyn, was awesome! She was polite, friendly, professional and followed my directions PERFECTLY. Best customer service I've had in Subway in a few years. Give her a raise!
