INCREDIBLE subway. The veggies are always CRISP and the sandwiches are perfectly made. Heidy is one of the best and always smiling. She accommodates everything I need and does so while being so pleasant. Thank you so much; one of the best locations for sure. I always come back to this subway!
Great Subway location in South Lakes Reston. The service has always been friendly and consistent, and I’ve never had any issues here like at other places. Heidi, who usually prepares my sandwich, is always welcoming and happy, which makes the experience even better. Food is fresh and it’s a reliable spot for a quick meal
During my visit, I was not given the standard option between a 6-inch or a foot-long sandwich, which I normally expect and receive at Subway. The employee began preparing a 6-inch sandwich without asking, and when I politely mentioned that I wanted a foot-long instead, she appeared visibly irritated with me—even though the miscommunication was not on my part. This location has always been a good place to get a sandwich for when you’re hungry. The location is also great for the view of the lake, which I appreciate a lot! The only bad thing is the amount of rowdy kids there are here in the area. Especially near South Lakes High School.
