Provided incorrect items in sand which and was cold.
Food was decent but the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. Not the worst, but definitely not welcoming. Needs improvement in how they treat customers.
Your better off going to the deli next door. The worker or owner got upset me and my girlfriend both got the 7$ sub deal. He made a loud comment about us ordering again smh! He emphasized ok again. And seemed upset at us it was very uncomfortable and I noticed he was being very stingy on the toast beef not sure if it was because we got the deal but he on used two slices of roast beef you could barely taste it. Your honesty better off getting a real sandwich at a deli or supermarket across the street on broadway.
Total rip-off. They sell you 1/3 of a loaf and pass it off as 6". The loaf that every subway station divides into two parts, here they divide into three and sell it to you as 6"
