I ordered 2 footlongs on the app and 3 chocolate chip cookies. I get my bag and ask if the cookies are in there. They both ask me what cookies like I am lying. I get home and the bread is hard as a rock I cannot eat them without breaking a tooth, you can tell they are not proofed long enough. I used to be a manager of Subway and know how they look. I did not get extra pickles and onions and no salt and pepper on other one. Neither had salt and its on my receipt. You can see how dense the bread is.
I informed my server that I had a protein allergy and that I needed to request clean hands, gloves and knife to cut my sandwich. After informing the server of my issues, the server kept touching other people's sandwiches with meat. I told the server several times, if you touch someone else's things there's cross contamination and I can't eat that. I had to just walk out, the lack of comprehension of my medical allergies was nonexistent.
The food at this location is not good. Something is always broken like the toaster and the employees are always either under trained or poor customer interaction. I stopped having it delivered cause it was always wrong. So I just started going in to watch them make it to make sure it is right. I all together have started to going to another location if we choose Subway at all.
I came in having a bad day and Angela was such a sweetheart with an amazing welcoming and helped me try their new protein pockets!!! Was delicious!!! She was very patient and the food was so good! Definitely recommend!!!
