I ordered the Protein Bowl #20 (Chicken and Bacon), but when I started eating it, I realized there was no chicken at all in the bowl. I tried calling to let them know and give them a chance to fix it, but no one answered. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I felt I had no other option. I hope they pay more attention to orders and improve their customer service.
This store's posted opening time is 9am. I went in at 9:50am and the one lady there says "excuse me, we are not ready yet because of the bread." In a rather condescending tone. First off... Then why are your doors open and unlocked? I'd have believed she was punking me, but she had the lights turned off, too. Very good subs I favor vegetarian sub (with everything on whole wheat).
Make sure to tell the workers to change their gloves before making your sandwich I had one sandwich artist touching everything with her gloves she contaminated my food I got food poisoning I should of told her to change her gloves.
