Friendly service when I have been in there
I ordered the Protein Bowl #20 (Chicken and Bacon), but when I started eating it, I realized there was no chicken at all in the bowl. I tried calling to let them know and give them a chance to fix it, but no one answered. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I felt I had no other option. I hope they pay more attention to orders and improve their customer service.
This store's posted opening time is 9am. I went in at 9:50am and the one lady there says "excuse me, we are not ready yet because of the bread." In a rather condescending tone. First off... Then why are your doors open and unlocked? I'd have believed she was punking me, but she had the lights turned off, too.
