Was horrible service I asked her to make my sandwich over because it was left on the table while she served someone else..when I saw it I wanted them to take out a new bread out and meats but instead of putting it in the trash she put it in the oven, went back to the customer infront of me. This place is best to go the girls name is janvi ,she made best sandwich for me she is very polite and friendly to me also , this place is very neat and clean they have nice lounge area to sit and eat the food highly recommend!
Attendant which was a male with a very thick accent was rude with no customer service training. This happened on Saturday- 6/22/25 2:15. He refused to make 3 third footlong the way i preferred it. I will call the owner.
Gave tip and the guy walked away didn’t bag my food or give me my receipt. I was the ONLY person in there. Never giving a tip again
Horrible experience!! I ordered the “Home Run Ham” advertise on the subway app it said 33 % more meat…. But this right here is not it. I called to make a complaint the lady refused to let me speak to a manager or even give me her name. She said and I quote “take your sandwich eat it and don’t order from here again, I don’t care if you call my boss or whatever” I recorded it all.
