They skimp on ingredients terribly at this location; go elsewhere for a grinder that is worth the money.

This occurred 1/5/2025 at 3:45pm on Sunday. As mentioned by other recent reviews, THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This Subway at 172 Deming Road Manchester, CT. Has one specific employee, let’s call her “large Marge”, that does not need to be anywhere near a customer. I ordered online while standing in the store. At this time it has a 20% coupon for app orders. Long story short, she insists that I can’t tell her how to make my sandwich because it wasn’t in the “special instructions” on the online order receipt. I said, ... read more

Ordered through the app and food was ready on time. I had ordered ahead for my lunch break at work and only get 30 minutes. So I grabbed the bag and had to go straight back to work. I open the bag at work and was very disappointed to see that my blt had no tomato and I had put in for extra Lettuce and barely got any at all. Very sad grinder and very upset customer.
