Quite possibly the slowest Subway on planet earth, even though it wasn't busy. Only one guy working, and moving at a snail's pace, literally. He did at least wash his hands in between orders/glove changes, so I will give him that. Just very very SLOW. The guy totally lacked the ability to multi task in any regard whatsoever.
Disappointed with this location. Orders are often rushed or not made correctly, and the quality isn’t consistent. Ingredients don’t always seem fresh, and the overall experience feels unorganized. I’ve also seen employees smoking and then coming back inside to prepare food, which is concerning. Customer service could definitely be better. There’s potential here, but improvements are needed to make it worth coming back.
I stopped in after I finished an appt nearby. I ordered two 6" subway sandwiches. The employee forgot to wear her gloves. She made three mistakes filling my order. The way she put mustard on one of my sandwiches looked violent- it went all over the bread inside and outside. The employee was clearly unmotivated. She did not answer my questions accurately. Owner, please let her go.
Missing tons of my order, they don't pick up when you call, don't even tell you that your order isn't fully all there and instead of telling you they let the DoorDash driver pick it up and deliver it without all of the things that you ordered. Then the driver has to tell you to make a claim to get a refund. It's actually so depressing that these people do not care about the customers. Staff was on their phone talking with someone. Bread was undercooked, and I was sick after eating it.
