Poor Customer Service at Subway Today I went to get lunch at the Subway in 327 Green rd Manchester Ct , and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The two women who attended me were rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering friendly service, they were impatient and unwilling to help. I have been here many times. One worker has been rude to me at least 4 times. Last time and very last time I'll go there, I had a coupon for buy one foot long get one free with a soda purchase. I let the other worker know while they were both waiting on me and said okay. At check out, the small in stature lady says it wasn't good on the cold cut combo.
