The lady making my sandwich spoke very little English. I got an all American sandwich and I noticed she didn’t add the bacon. I asked her to add the bacon and she said it would be more (I assumed she ment extra $$). I told her multiple times the sandwich comes with bacon and she kept repeating herself. It took her actually looking at the menu to add the bacon. She added the bacon RAW without putting it in the oven. I had to tell her to put it in the oven to cook. Worst sub shop in Florida. Employees don't speak English, not trained to make a sandwich. Don't know the difference between ham and turkey. I bought a cold cut combo, she didn't know what kind of meat to put on it and how much. I asked for white bread she didn't know which bread I was asking for. I will never go back to this subway.
Hours say they close at 11 but the workers shut down at 10 so that they can leave at 11. Spanish workers are very rude if you don’t speak Spanish.
After shopping at Walmart, my sister was excited to stop by Subway for a footlong cookie. However, when we approached the register and my sister politely said hello to the cashier, who appeared to be Hispanic, we were completely ignored. The cashier did not acknowledge us or respond in any way, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
This morning, after saying "good morning" multiple times to see if someone could take care of me the girl came out with her long face. I tried ordering a footlong dipper and I was told that today (just today, what a coincidence) they didn't have footlong dippers. Wont even try to come back to this place, to be treated like this again? Forget it!
