Bad enough that I won't be going back
I asked for NO sauce on my sandwich and Madison proceeded to put their house sauce on it anyway. I would also like to add that my sandwich wasn’t even cut in half but she also sliced the bread completely through when separating the loaf
This is the worst subway. More often than not, orders are made incorrectly. When ordering online they are too lazy to call customers to inform them that they are unable to fulfill customer requests. Instead, they make their own substitutions or just ignore the requests all together. Subway, when a customer requests something like grilling or toasting, and you are unable to fulfill the request, CALL THE CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW.
