The best service I’ve ever had at subway
Operated by an awesome franchisee; however the employees at this particular location can leave something to be desired. Not the fastest,nor the brightest; they are however skilled and qualified for their positions,just seem less than enthused to be doing it.
I went to visit for lunch on 3/20/25 @ 1:50pm (receipt says served by 8599), if that helps determine who actually helped us. The woman was immediately unpleasant with a slight attitude upon entering the store. She asked my 11 year old what kind of wrap she wanted, which I asked what kinds of wraps did they have. She pointed at the menu board and said they are up there. I informed her we understood that, but did they have different flavor wraps? She said "we got one". to the girl that was working on January 19th at 1:30pm my heart goes out to you. She was cranking them subs out and doing so CORRECTLY. There’s not a thing wrong about our subs and we got the order like 5 minutes after we placed it online. This isn’t a 5 star for the store it’s a 5 star for the one girl working at the time. WE <3 U
Usually go here cause they'll actually make my sandwich right, but recently it's been super hit or miss. Just ordered tonight, and they didn't put any meat or sauce on my sub. Lowered to a 2 star cause its also toasted when I didn't ask for that, and my boyfriend's sandwich was messed up too.
