I made an online order. When I got home, I see they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know and have it corrected and the manager insisted to argue with me to make sure I know it’s my fault the order was wrong. I told him I just wanted to let them know it wasn’t correct and still, the manager insisted to let me know how this mistake is all my fault and had zero interest in fixing the issue. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
Been coming here for months and always get the same thing now it’s a much more in price than it ever has been!!! New people here and it’s obviously not working out !!
Ordered two subs, one duble meat and the other regular, they put the same amount on both and then had the nerve to say it was duble and tried to charge me for duble like I didnt watch them make my sandwich....smh never going to this location again!!!!!!!!
Need to learn to answer the phone.
