The guy who worked there kept complaining when I asked him to separate the footlong into halfs. He said paper costs money and kept saying no. He gave me a lecture before he finally agreed to do it. The parking lot looks filthy for some reason.
It's a subway. You get exactly what you expect
Quick bite to eat. Must be a good place because people kept coming to order. Only thing is when I go to other subways I just scan my coupons and they don't ask for it. They did here so I had to cut it out by folding all over the place. Teriyaki chicken is my favorite! Coupon was 2 foot long for $13 and change. Look for your coupons in the mail
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I presented a valid coupon, but after the sandwich was already made, I was told they couldn’t accept it because there was “no internet.” Instead of trying to accommodate or offer a solution, the staff gave me attitude and were unwilling to help. It felt like they’d rather waste food than provide basic customer service. This is not how you treat paying customers. Won’t be returning to this location. Would give it a 0 start if there was an option.
Employee refused to give extra spinach when I specifically asked for extras. Sandwiches are overpriced especially when employees can’t give you more of the free items that you asked for.
