I used to love eating here but no so much as of lately. I've noticed the new staff and the change in service and preparation as well. Asked for fresh cookies and the lady assured that they were fresh but they ended up to be a few days old. Won't be visiting this location. This was my third visit since the change of staff and I've been disappointed every time.
Usually a great spot. Last time we went the woman behind the counter started making the wrong sandwich, so I let her know and she was extremely rude and talked back to me multiple times saying I requested the wrong sandwich to begin with. Not sure why I would have ordered a sandwich with ham on it when I don’t eat meat. We also had to remind her multiple times of the type of cheese we requested. Upon checkout she wouldn’t let us use our free sub coupon that said “valid in store”. Poor experience all around.
Wow! I was very surprised when I visited this Subway today and I'll not return. It was a cozy place when we were served by the young girls along with Sirine, Rocio, and the other women... it seems like it's under new management but the boss must be crazy to change a great team that made us feel at home, they were friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. You can't go eat at a place where the boss didn't recognize the girls' work to get your business back on the ground... I'll have to find a new Subway.
