This place is never open when they say they are open and definitely don’t try to set high standards of practice. Definitely should get a new owner and new staff….
Worst experience. Visited twice, once they said they can only accept cash. Second time they didn’t accept digital coupons which are generally accepted in all subways I used. There is no notice or board to let customers know beforehand.
“Disappointing Policy Change Without Notice” I used to come to this Subway because they accepted discount coupons, but now they’ve stopped without any prior notice. There are no signs or clear information in the store, which creates a frustrating experience for customers expecting to use their discounts. The food is still good, but the lack of transparency and communication is an issue. If they no longer accept coupons, they should clearly inform customers at the entrance or checkout to avoid inconvenience.
