Horrible service
Very bad service , lady was on her phone and gave attitude while coming to the front . Started being really rude and now I see why this has very bad reviews never coming here again. Didn’t even wash her hands. Started saying she couldn’t make certain items saying she didn’t have the ingredients for it. I expect the sandwich to be right when I pay $15 for an overpriced McDonald’s quality sub.
I ordered here a couple of weeks ago and the order was wrong. I attempted to contact the store, several times via phone and no one answered. I went online to try to submit a request to be contacted and no one reached out then either. When I had time, I went in person to the store as nobody answered anytime I reached out. Upon entering, I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there is no manager there. I asked who is in charge? And was then told either of the two people there are in charge.
