This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. Especially after being in the hospital, I expected basic customer service, but the experience was very disappointing. The manager, Lynett, was arguing with me on speakerphone in front of everyone in the store, which I felt was very unprofessional. It also seemed to affect the way the staff handled the situation.
