Young woman long dark has major attitude, very rude attitude evidently not happy with her job. Ordered subs supposed to be ready at 6:05, get there at 6:12 not even started wait while fixing and instead of handing to you. Looks at you and walks it all the way back to the door and puts on pickup shelf and looks again like now pick up your order. Very disappointed in the customer service at the Madison location.

Ordered subs online. They had only fixed half of the order because the meat needed to be sliced. Instead decided to sit down and eat their own meal. At lunchtime on Sunday.

Subway closes at 9 pm. My children and I had a long day and they wanted subway. I rushed to subway. I got there at 8:50 pm. I went inside the store and the white male with the long hair in a pony tail, told me “sorry we’re closed”. I said it is 8:51 you close at 9. He responded “yeah I know but sorry we’re closed”. This employee gets paid for the full hour yet doesn’t want to work the full hour. If I could give a Negative star about the service I would I called to Check prices On subs for an office A young lady answered the phone And once I told her what I needed, she sat the phone down I could hear talking in the background then I could hear someone pick the phone up and hang it up. I tried calling back four more times and no one would answer the phone. I drove by and there was not one soul in the parking lot or in the restaurant itself. Childish staff have no sense of customer service do not eat here. I watched them pick up cookies with bare hands.
