Customer service doesn't exist here. I went in during a slow part of the day. There was one other person in the store, at the register, easy in and out. How wrong I was. One employee was helping him and I quickly figured out they knew each other. The other employee completely ignores me and begins making several sandwiches which were clearly an online order. Que pésima experiencia la de hoy 12-3-25. 3 pm La empleada con pésima actitud y nada profesional. Necesita una buena capacitación de cómo hacer su trabajo, que forma tan horrible de hacer mis sandwiches. Es la última vez que voy a este lugar 😣

I will never be coming back to this Subway ever again. The person working there who denied to give me her name was super rude. She was rude and kept rushing me through out the order of my sandwiches. And when I finally got fed up with her rudeness and confronted her she said that she was only doing her job. I explained to her how she did not have to be mean or rude to the customers, if she was unhappy with her job. She wears white clear glasses with a bunch of freckles.
