I almost never write reviews but this time I feel like I had too. Me and my boyfriend ordered on the app, a sandwich and a protein bowl. When we finally got there, the store looked like a complete wreck. We looked on the app to make sure we got the location right and we did, only to realize they voided our order without reason. In an attempt to try and at least get our money back, we called the store twice, only for no one to pick up. Horrible customer service.
