I understand a good sandwich takes time to make.....but yikes. I mean i have been waiting in line for over 15-20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. 1 employee handling online orders and lobby orders is just not fair for the employee and costumers. I have seen costumers walk away after waiting for a while. Store hours have been wrong for over a year, door says 10, internet says 10 store closes at 9 .
How can this store not hire enough people? Multiple times I've gone and had a single person left struggling to keep up with online orders and the people waiting. And now this is the third time I've shown up to either being already closed early or can't make a sandwich because they were about to close early. Sad the amount of business lost just for that.
