Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed and paid for an online order, and the money was immediately taken from my account. When I arrived, the employees told me they didn't have Wi-Fi, so they never received the order. Despite showing proof that I had already paid, they refused to make my food or honor the order. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told to go online and figure out how to get a refund myself.
