We came in so my friend could by a subway sandwich and me and one of my other friend went to take a seat while my other friend was ordering her food and a lady came up to us saying we weren’t allowed to sit down because we hadn’t bought any food and I replied my friend is buying food right now and she proceeds to say that we aren’t allowed to sit down to us young teenagers so I reply do u want us to stand while she sits and she says if you aren't buying food then you can’t sit here. Wow, just wow. Worst sandwich I've ever had. The bread was wrong. The bread was wet?? I had to wring out my sandwich just to eat it. It was missing the cheese. Not the cheese!! The chicken was also wet. I was left heartbroken and disgusted. I deserve full compensation for this utter disappointment with what you call a sandwich. Worst subway I've ever had. I'm convinced Sydney is cursed. I will never return to this establishment.
Extremely rude staff. Staff member looked at me with disgust when I nicely asked to order a salad but accidentally was on the wrong side to order (remembering that you don’t order on the right hand side at all Subways) she ignited me twice and then told me to order on the other side. After I moved to the “correct side” she was extremely rude when after she asked which salads I want I said everything except and paused at not wanting onion. Absolutely ABYSMAL service. I have been to countless subways and have NEVER been to one this bad. Do better.
