Me and my visiting family arrived 1/2 hour before closing of the business . We were told to leave and he shut off the open sign as we left.
The night manager Jeff refused to take my order when we arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before closing. He was making a sandwich for a customer when we walked in and greeted us with saying they are closed due to the thermostat being broken and the restaurant was to hot. If this was the case why are you open and helping a customer. It did not feel to hot when we were in the restaurant.
I was 1st in a line of 6 people, the server took my bread, meat,& cheese order and I requested it heated, she put it in the oven and then proceeded taking orders from other customers. Upon the buzzer notification that my sandwich was ready the server was busy making sandwiches for the other customers behind me. Instead of finishing my sandwich the server subsequently pushed me from 1st in line to last in line and when I suggested that they finish my order before moving to people behind me they got Attitude! Our sandwich artist with the eye patch was awesome. And the sandwiches we delicious and made just right. Had great customer service and fresh food. Definitely will be back Ordered the hot honey chicken (everything) Rotisserie chicken with (everything)
