I found the staff’s personal hygiene to be very concerning during my visit. Employees did not look well-groomed, and it gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority. Personal presentation is such an important part of customer service, and unfortunately it left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the overall standards of the business. I hope management can ensure that employees are maintaining proper personal hygiene moving forward.

I went last week to Casey central subway. Poor customer service. Also the food that was served was not fresh. Salad look not fresh. I have been to many other Subway locations and they are all way better than this one. I will never ever go again.
Very bad customer service and very bad food preparation . One foot long Italian bread is very badly cut and it was not properly heated with ham and cheese. The lady at the counter did not communicate properly to diliver the order. She had very poor greetings to the customer. Time and date 11.30am 10/06/2025
