I went last week to Casey central subway. Poor customer service. Also the food that was served was not fresh. Salad look not fresh. I have been to many other Subway locations and they are all way better than this one. I will never ever go again.
Very bad customer service and very bad food preparation . One foot long Italian bread is very badly cut and it was not properly heated with ham and cheese. The lady at the counter did not communicate properly to diliver the order. She had very poor greetings to the customer. Time and date 11.30am 10/06/2025
Went to Subway at 7:45pm to quickly grab dinner after a long day, only to find the staff had already packed up and essentially finished for the day..interesting decision for a shop that closes at 8:30 as listed on Google
Some items are higher at this subway ($6.95) for a chicken bites bowl while other subways are ($4.50). Very small portion as well. Customer service is non existent here. Rude & unprofessional. Avoid at all cost!!!
