Attitude was bad (the Indian guy ) who was working at Saturday dinner . I have been told their do have the offer buy one get one free . End up everything done ,the Indian guy told me that This shop is franchise so don’t do the promotion as Anniversary promotion . He asked me need to pay full price . The girl staff was shocked and looked at him . It’s seen not right . The guy attitude so bad .
Indian guy with glasses and round face scammed us, no enthusiasm, rude, second sub I ordered had basically no meat, a down right scam and bad customer service please fire the person who had a shift on Thursday 21 August in the morning. (Refused to give name as he knew he was cooked)
Went to Subway at 9:28pm the store closes at 10 pm. And the staff member said its closed no takeaways as well. What kind of stupidity is this. This guy who works here is so bad, serves with no smile at all, feels like he is forced to serve.
Horrible customer service by “Javvi”, asked for fresh and they toasted it, was very rushed with choices. The sub was horribly made and barely any meat or cheese was put on. Would not recommend, go to a different subway.
It is disappointing that the employee didn't want to open at 8:30 am as shown on the door and on Google Maps. (Sunday, 13th of July, photo taken at 8:52 am)
