I came in to grab lunch on my way to work around 2:15 p.m. on a Sunday and the door was locked and all of their lights were off. I was getting a salad and wanted to see it being made so I did not want to go through the drive-thru. I called an hour later and was told that they only had two employees so only the drive-thru is open. They should have put a sign on the door because I thought they were closed down and ended up having to get something that I did not want for lunch because I wasted time going there for nothing.
Website says it closes at nine very rude customer service. We got here at 8:30.
My friend was at my house and she was hungry so i took her here and the employees were kind and got our cookies and subs done in less than 10 min! We were skeptical of this place because the reviews but, it wasn't that bad (for us atleast.). But we didn't like being next to a Kroger because I don't like that Kroger because of the people who got there etc. But the food was amazing and worth the wait!

This was the absolute worst experience. !!I was there last night just to get a few subs. The girls seemed as if she was new, which is understandable. I saw two other ladies running back-and-forth to their car , as well as somebody in their cleaning up ..no one helping the new girl.. I was in line for 47 minutes. I have the receipt to prove it. They are so unprofessional and rude. It makes no sense. This is poor management. This location needs to go.
