Me and my ex-husband was going to go inside the store cuz the door was unlocked and we were told that we had to do it through the drive-thru every month. We try to get food from Subway and she the person that's in there. I don't know who she is and avoid. It was in there would not take our order so we still didn't drive drive-thru without even getting our food taken. Not only that, she was very rude. I think this is ridiculous. I came in to grab lunch on my way to work around 2:15 p.m. on a Sunday and the door was locked and all of their lights were off. I was getting a salad and wanted to see it being made so I did not want to go through the drive-thru. I called an hour later and was told that they only had two employees so only the drive-thru is open. They should have put a sign on the door because I thought they were closed down and ended up having to get something that I did not want for lunch because I wasted time going there for nothing.
Website says it closes at nine very rude customer service. We got here at 8:30.
My friend was at my house and she was hungry so i took her here and the employees were kind and got our cookies and subs done in less than 10 min! We were skeptical of this place because the reviews but, it wasn't that bad (for us atleast.). But we didn't like being next to a Kroger because I don't like that Kroger because of the people who got there etc. But the food was amazing and worth the wait!
Made food as fast as possible and it was so good and I tasted so good
