I went with a subway coupon, we were helped by a lady whose name tag only said JB. She did not get my order correct and charged me for a garlic roast beef instead of just a regular roast beef sub. When I asked her about it, she pretended not to understand me. Her error and over charge more than doubled the price of a lunch. I strongly recommend going to any location other than this location. Food is decent, but the customer service is overall trash. Don’t waste your time calling either for fixing a mistake; they will answer just to hang up and not answer you but in store they said they “always” answer their phone. I recommend trying the other restaurants around.

Unbelievable. This is how the people in Alexandria Virginia treat people. Money was taken off my card for food, that never went to the store for my online order. I went to the store to find out something about the order and I was greeted with much hostility. To sum it up, this Subway franchise needs to be closed. Subway you're not giving away free food and if I have questions concerning a transaction, why are you acting like my money doesn't mean something to me. #SA Texas #idontsupportracistestamblishments
