I placed an order online, and the app said it was ready. So I clocked out and headed to the store. When I got there, I told the woman at the counter, “I have a pickup order,” but she looked at me like I had five heads. She asked, “Are you sure?” I showed her the order confirmation on the app. She told me to wait while she helped another customer. I've been to this location 2 times this week and they have been closed during the hours listed on the door of the building. The first time they were closed earlier then they were supposed to. Then they were literally closed on Sunday at 11am today like seriously???
