Ordered two sandwiches online today from this Subway location in Valley Village, California - and once again, total disappointment. Every time there are new employees, the same problem happens: portions get smaller, ingredients get “forgotten,” and the order is made carelessly. Today they completely left out the mayonnaise. I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years and while the in person service is usually good in recent times the online service has been terrible I ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and sauces and there was completely no sauce at all and when I try to call the store they either don’t answer or only speak Spanish which is ridiculous cause there’s not a even a manager that’s billingual I can speak to over the phone and it’s very annoying cause even the app doesn’t offer any way to complain or report the mistakes so I fear t... read more
I get food here a lot and mostly it has been a good experience. I woukd like to make a complaint against one female employee that doesn't take instruction well. She puts cheese underneath meat before toasting, she under toasts the sandwich so it's cold and she cant't take basic instruction in English like more of this or less of that. If she's pretty, dont trust her to make your sandwich. Lol. Best of luck.
