I placed an online order and specified white bread and cut footlong in 4 pieces. I didn't get it that way. They told me that they do not read the order notes. I told them that they are full of it and left unsatisfied.
I go there about 3 times a week. Always order either the turkey sub on wheat or the tuna salad. They always taste great.

I placed an order o the app and checked out as a guest. Money was taken from my account but the employee at the store refused to give me the food because I didn't have a receipt number due to having checked out as a guest. I have been trying to call the store for over a week, they either don't answer or answer and then hang up. The customer service app just sent an email saying my issue has been resolved.
