The subs are good. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The worst part is the customer service. They are usually rude with the exception of one lady and god forbid you have a coupon.
We asked to substitute one item on a sandwich and the worker wouldn’t let us even though a sandwhich is fully customizable. We didn’t want the roast beef because it looked old and purple. The worker was rude and didn’t even greet us upon entering also. We won’t be back.
The staff is very kind and friendly, and the store was very extremely clean. I received stellar customer service for multiple staff members.
Food was fresh and great
Always have my order ready and with quality service
