Asad was brilliant and was very understanding and kind when I got my order wrong. He showed exemplary customer service!
I had a bad experience recently on my visit to subway at balham. The food was not hot and the customer service was really disappointing. The staffs are not upto the standards to keep up the basic manners. Not to this place again.
My colleague and I went to this Subway for lunch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff completely lacked basic customer service — no meet and greet, no proper way of taking orders, and a very rude and unwelcoming attitude throughout. They seemed least bothered about our order or requests and responded with rude and sarcastic remarks, which felt highly unprofessional. Another Subway where Subway app/points aren't accepted. Gave the benefit of the doubt at first but had this refused on three separate occasions so assuming it's intentional now. Actually puts customers in a position where they're now out of pocket, so will give up with this Subway.
