Did an online order for 3 foot longs and somehow all 3 came out wrong 😂.
The employee who took my order seem to have issues with her hearing when taking my and wife’s orders said she couldn’t hear me yet I was the only customer in the place when she took my order how sad. Plus didn’t finish packing my order when I didn’t leave a tip when I finished paying for it. Maybe I could understand if there were other customers 2-3 than me speaking at the same time but to give me attitude is unacceptable or unappreciated is why the employee didn’t get tipped. I ordered a hotshot italian on the mobile app, I leave the place get home to eat my food and the lady forgot the pepperoni and avocado which I paid extra for. And when I first got there I went to use the restroom and when I walked out and she was upset I used the restroom and told me to lock her bathroom? I would not recommend going there this was my second time and the lady was rude.
The bread was super stale. The employee was incompetent and had to be constantly reminded of what to put on the sandwich. Skimpy on the meat..like below average, and asked for more. Was told I would be charged extra.. no wonder, why it's going under. Smh
