Great subs. Too bad new version of the app no longer offers "curbside" for handicapped persons. The staff will still do it if you phone the store.🥰

I want to share my bad experience with one of the staff members (an older girl with dark skin) at around 7:35 pm. First, she didn’t know how to treat a customer and ignored me. Then she said, ‘What do you want?’ in a harsh way. I asked her politely to speak more respectfully, but she responded, ‘If you want to order anything, just tell me fast.’ I was surprised by her behavior, so I left the store immediately because she didn’t know how to speak to customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Parm. She was extremely rude during my visit and treated me differently compared to other customers. When I asked to speak to a manager around 4:50 PM, she told me there was no manager available, which was frustrating. I politely asked for a specific type of bread, and when I didn’t hear her properly and asked her to repeat, she responded in a condescending way, explaining things as if I didn’t understand basic information.
