I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience. The employee preparing my order used the same gloves after handling another sandwich, resulting in obvious cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies, or who simply expects basic food safety, this is unacceptable. On top of that, I repeatedly asked for one line of sauce, but despite reminding her multiple times, she continued adding much more than I requested. Clean, quick, delicious. Fresh vegetables.
I ordered on the app to avoid lineups and was told to pick it up at 6:40. When we arrived at 6:37, our subs were ready. The problem is, the subs weren’t toasted as asked, so the bread was mushy. I paid way too much money for this unsatisfactory meal. If the subs weren’t ready earlier, just tell me to pick them up earlier! Never going here again.
Reason #54985 the TFW program has to be shut down. How does a subway need a TFW in a major city?????
