They deserve 0 stars -Extremely disappointing customer service. We ordered three subs for pickup at 6 PM on Monday. We arrived at 5:55 PM, took them home (about two minutes away), and immediately discovered that all three subs were extremely soggy and not acceptable. I called the restaurant that evening to report the issue and was told to call back Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told to call back after 4:30 PM when a manager would be there. Subway Canada had mailed coupons. This location would not honour coupon even though expiration had not passed (11Oct2026 expiration of coupons and the date of purchase is 24Sep2026) coupon had not yet been used. I am willing to pay full price however- the interaction was weird. I went in there and got a sub with the lovely Jaspreet. She made the best sub and she had a kind, genuine demeanor. She deserves a raise.
