Emily is very rude , she needs more customer service training!! I decided to not purchase from this place and will not purchase until they get better workers with decent customer service!! I Don't want anyone with a nasty attitude making mine or my families food !
I’d like to provide some feedback regarding one of the employees I interacted with today, Wednesday, August 6th, around 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, I found her attitude to be quite unprofessional and unhelpful during our interaction. It may be worth addressing this internally, as her behavior could impact the experience of other customers as well.

I stopped by this Subway this morning to get my wife her chicken noodle soup. We were already in the plaza for my wife appointment at the clinic. So when she went to her appointment, I came to this Subway to get her soup. I came in the morning so they were not busy at all. Place is EMPTY!!! forgot my coupon and the girl said i have to physically have it. I asked if my daughter can send a picture and again she said NO YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT PHYSICALLY. I'm like, you're so busy that you can't go above and beyond for customers... MERRY CHRISTMAS! Its always these young girls acting like your taking something out of their own pocket. My fault for forgetting freakin coupon but this place is not worth full price.
