Wow just wow. Firing someone over that. These employees are super entitled and for some reason it doesn’t seem like they know how to run a store. The GM seems to be too young and cocky. The rest of the employees. What little they have now. Are already done with this place. My daughter got a sub the other day and the attitude and atmosphere has changed this past few weeks. 9pm. Only worker there was sweeping vigorously. I stood and looked at the menu. She kept her head down and kept sweeping. For 5 minutes. Never said a word to me. Hid in the back so I grabbed frozen food from walmart. She clearly has learned from the culture here (based on other reviews) to ignore customers if you don't want to work.

Really bad service. We stood for 10 minutes before someone even helped us. My husband got a protein pocket,he asked if he could add some things on the sandwich (fully aware it cost extra). The lady rudely replied no. Then as she’s wrapping up the wraps, half of the stuff inside spills out. She continues to wrap it up and put it in a bag. Just over all bad service.

The bread was dry beyond description. Took away the flatbread and the senior discount 👎 large part of a sandwich is great bread not dry old rubbish. Plus side the veggies were fresh looking
