Store was busy when i cane in. Line moved fast and the service was great.
An older man checked my mother out, and seemingly decided to charge her a $3.99 tip — without even asking, or her approval. She didn’t know until after she paid and looked at the receipt. She stated there was never even a tip option on the payment screen for her to choose if she wanted to tip or not, in the first place. I’d double check your receipts before leaving this establishment, to make sure you weren’t improperly charged.
