They serve their breakfast sandwiches on day old bread. You can't convince me otherwise. My steak, egg and cheese this morning was made on day old Italian bread that was so chewy it hurt my teeth. As you know, bread makes the sandwich. It was otherwise digestible, but the only things that stood out were the red onions I had toasted with the sandwich and the spicy siracha sauce I requested. Sucked worst service only one person working Philly cheese steak was missing about half the meat management needs to get in their and sort stuff out wish I would of taken the sub back for a refund but I was on the road and on a hurry.

The service was awful. I walked in to pick up a mobile order when the cashier, an older Hispanic woman, rudely asked, “What do you want?” in an unpleasant tone. However, she then turned around and politely asked a white customer, “How can I help you?” This is unacceptable and not how you should treat customers, especially those supporting your business.
