Toasted my bread to the point where it literally turned into dust. I didn’t want to ask them to remake it but I really couldn’t even eat half of the bread. I apply for this job, but I step back because when I called today, one of the employee pick up my call and and I’m trying to say something and she hung up on me That was so unprofessional I know I’m the good worker But I can’t Work with unprofessional people It’s wasting my time and my effort
Ever since they updated the store, it's been phenomenal. The employee that is always there in the morning is the best I've ever dealt with. Fantastic customer service to date. He should be manager if he isn't.
My coworkers and I order from here frequently. We order online and always ask that our subs be toasted. On numerous occasions, our bread is not toasted at all which is extremely frustrating. The subs are very often sloppily made with either too many vegetables or old, soggy vegetables! “Less vegetables” means less, not load it up. This Subway would be a lot better if they would just follow simple instructions instead of doing whatever they feel like because they hate their job.
