Ever since they updated the store, it's been phenomenal. The employee that is always there in the morning is the best I've ever dealt with. Fantastic customer service to date. He should be manager if he isn't.
My coworkers and I order from here frequently. We order online and always ask that our subs be toasted. On numerous occasions, our bread is not toasted at all which is extremely frustrating. The subs are very often sloppily made with either too many vegetables or old, soggy vegetables! “Less vegetables” means less, not load it up. Do not waste your time yet alone. Your money going to this establishment. I've never been met with a employee that cares less about their job. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was advised that they were only taking cash. I walk across the street to get cash. Get back in line. Get up to the counter and hand over a 20 where she says I can't break that. So then I had to go somewhere else to break the 20 for her.
