Not sure if it’s because I went on a weekday evening, but I have serious concerns about the hygiene of this store. I can understand if it’s late and there are a few not so appealing salad options but the lettuce, spinach, cucumber and basically all of the greens looked wilted, spoilt or dirty. The employee also coughed into her gloves as she was handling my food and when I asked her politely to change gloves, she did so begrudgingly and stared at me as if I had just asked her something incredibly offensive. I went to this Subway (4 April, brunch time) and had the worst experience. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude from the start. I asked for extra sauce and even offered to pay for it, but she charged me extra and didn’t add the sauce. On top of that, she completely ignored me while I was speaking and acted like she couldn’t understand a word of English, even though she clearly could. Terrible service and unprofessional attitude. Won’t be coming back ever.
