Absolutely terrible experience. I picked up my sandwich which I ordered online, and it was ice cold. The meat was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it looked like no effort was put into making it. When I went back to have it fixed, the employee didn’t apologize or take any responsibility. Instead, she gave me attitude and said, “Next time, put toasted.” It’s a Philly steak sandwich which is served hot. If you’re serving hot sandwiches, they should actually be hot. Nice people, fresh food and calm setting. I enjoyed it!
Food and service are good, however this location does not accept coupons from the Subway app so now I have to go out of my way to go to one of the Lindbergh locations or the one attached to Walmart to get a decent deal (which is stupid, they shouldn’t be allowed to do that; you’re a Subway?? Well then the promotion is valid! 🤷♂️)
