I’ve never done a review before , but this joint needs some help asap. My Fiancé and I lined up 30 mins (small line 8-9) before we reached the serving counter Finally did get there , young fella asked what bread I wanted - proceeds to cut the bread then grabs two phone order receipts and started making the bread for them , other bloke stood down the end at the counter like a space cadet with no inclination to help or move at any pace . You need to stop the online orders. The queue is 40 people deep and hardly moving. I've been lined up for over 30mins and during that time 30 people have wandered up to the counter to do a pickup. If you have a queue, people shouldn't be able to cut in line by using the app.
It's been 6 weeks and still no refund! They gave me a half frozen veggie pattie! So much back and fourth and they wont give me a refund as im in Sydney. Very bad customer service!!
If I could give negative stars I would. The Subway at the domestic T2 terminal need to fix its lacking standards. Even when getting the food toasted you end up with a cold sandwich. The line up is always ridiculous waiting up to half an hour. Those things would be fine but the cross contamination is shocking, I watched as the service person used the avocado spreading knife to spread avocado on top of eggs which could be potentially fatal if someone were to be allergic..
