Very bad customer service, not just
The food is horrible. The bread tastes like it's at least 2 days old. Not baked fresh on the premises. A customer was using his mobile so loudly , I asked him to turn it down and he turned it off. Other customers should not have to put up with that at lunchtime. When was this bread baked ? Not fresh at all
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I found an insect in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. I reported the issue to Subway, but unfortunately, my complaint was ignored no response, no apology, and no effort to make things right. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be returning here or to any subway , and I strongly urge others to be cautious.
Website claims open at 7am. Sign on door says open 7am. I barely got 2 steps in at 7:02am, to be told ‘Sorry, we’re not open until 7:30am’. Either change your sign, or change your attitude !! Not coming back.
