I've eaten here for lunch every weekday for at least 7 weeks. Service is fantastic, Dawson has memorized my order. Always clean, no black chunks in ice like in most subways. 👍 This is one of the good ones
There was an unappealing substance on the glass shield. It looked like mucus. I pointed it out to the worker and she told me that it was there for about 3 days and it was the job of the night shift to clean up. I told her that it would take only a few seconds to wipe it off and she rudely said she had her own work to do. I walked out because what else is she too busy to do when it comes to the food and making my sandwich? Not acceptable at all, also did not see the inspection notice.
