I go to the Subway at 938 Hwy 81E in McDonough, GA regularly. Jalpa usually waits on me. She always greats me with a smile. She makes my sandwich fast and efficient. I always find The store clean and bright. I always get great service.
I Will not be coming back here. The woman at the register is not friendly and has bad customer service. When I arrived at this location and before I began ordering my food, I asked if they accepted the coupons that we receive in the mail. The young lady walked over to the one at the register and asked, and she said yes and told me to proceed with my order. Since they said they accepted the coupons, I began placing my order. Horrible customer service. The lady has an attitude and is very unpleasant. Seems like she needs to adjust to American culture and treat customers in a different way. Food was not too fresh and the sandwitch was in a mess. Also they have a board with what type of sandwiches you can buy with the coupon while many other locations simply accept the coupons and you order whatever you want. This place is a joke rude employees, they don't honor coupons as the corporate office sends in the mail. This is ridiculous that these stores aren't on the same page
